Dealing with Bullying

Jonah Mowry, 14, posted this video on August 10, 2011. The boy who features in the video explains that he is being bullied for being a homosexual, and felt the need to tell about his experience on a video. He used placement cards to say his story and his video also included a slow, sad song by Sia called Breathe Me.

The video has over 10 million views and hundreds of video responses. This one is called “For Jonah Mowry What’s going on?” by Johnny Robinson who was also bullied for being gay. He tells him that he went through the same experiences but he is proud of his sexuality and that Jonah should not be worried about his future.

Bullies come in all shapes and sizes, and most of us have to deal with them at one point or another. However, dealing with bullies can sometimes be difficult. Bullying can be a serious problem,  in schools ,the workplace or on the internet
